Returns & Exchanges
We are confident that your expectations will be met; however, we understand that occasionally things may not work out as intended. Therefore, we will be happy to accept returns.
PLEASE NOTE: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping anything (for any reason) back to Eastern Findings. NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Claims MUST be made within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
To receive an RMA number, please call customer service at 516-747-6640, or 800-332-6640 (within U.S.), or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your Customer ID number, Item #, packing slip or Invoice #, and reason for return.
Returns are credited to your account to be applied to current or future orders. Refunds will be issued on request for all Eastern Findings fulfillment errors, and will be made in the same method of payment as they were purchased.
Shipping Return and Exchange items:
- Pack the item(s) in a sturdy carton with plenty of packing material, and tape securely.
- Write the RMA# issued by customer service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
- Mark the package clearly; ATTN: RETURNS DEPARTMENT.
- For your protection, ship all returns prepaid and insured. We will refund your return postage when appropriate. All C.O.D. returns will be declined.
All returned merchandise shall be sent prepaid. Returns resulting from defective merchandise will not be liable for shipping charges. We guarantee to promptly replace any defective merchandise without any further charge. We will assume full responsibility and credit your account.
We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% Restocking Fee on all merchandise returned after the 10-day warranty period. Any return due to improper customer ordering may be subject to a restocking charge. Items sold in minimum quantity packages must be returned complete. We charge a Broken Package Fee of 15% on packages returned with less than the quantity on the original Invoice. Merchandise must be in its original condition as shipped by Eastern Findings. Under no circumstance will altered merchandise be accepted. Special orders, or items made to your specifications, are not returnable. Cancellation of a special order once production has commenced will be penalized by forfeiting its deposit. We will not assume responsibility for any merchandise that has been shipped to an outside Plater or Contractor.
